Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY


RETURNS

‍We have a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and offer returns or exchanges up to 30 days after purchase.  Any return or exchange request after 30-days will be handled on a case-by-case basis as we strive for a top notch customer service and experience.  Regardless of return or exchange eligibility/status, we want to hear your questions, comments, or concerns; so please do not hesitate to contact us at Support@rudehorses.com. 


We will ask for proof of purchase and/or order number to start the process.


‍EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

‍We handle exchanges as per the 30-day policy as well.  If you would like to exchange an unopened and still new item please send us an email at Support@rudehorses.com

‍GIFTS

‍If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit or an exchange for up to the value of the original item(s).

‍SHIPPING

‍To return or exchange any product please contact us at Support@rudehorses.com. Please have your order number and billing zip code used to place the order ready.

‍

‍You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  


Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product(s) to reach you may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUND POLICY

‍REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

‍Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

‍LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

‍If you have not received a refund as expected, please check your bank account again and/or contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@rudehorses.com.


‍SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

‍Sale items can only be refunded at the amount originally paid for for the item.  If an item price has risen or is no longer on sale, a claim cannot be made to the higher refund.  If an item has a price decrease or goes on sale after purchase, a refund cannot be claimed for the difference.  Clearance items cannot be refunded.

‍EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

‍We replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at  Support@rudehorses.com for instructions.
